Dr. Montse Almena from the Vermont Institute for Artisan Cheese
at the University of Vermont. A special tasting will provide a
unique opportunity to enjoy and learn about some of France’s and
Vermont’s finest specialty products, with a special focus on
artisanal cheeses from both Terroirs.

annual celebration, inviting members and guests to participate in

Tinker Auditorium, while tasting wines from different companies, and
indulging in French charcuteries, pâtés, cheeses and breads. Cheese
