There is simply no better way to welcome any festive occasion than by washing down the silky, buttery goodness of a perfectly ripened triple crème with the floral, fruity, delicately effervescent bubbles of a sparkler. Our fabulous guest instructor, Mademoiselle Cécile Delannes, will have you shouting ‘Vive la France’!
